You think this stuff is easy? ;) This is from the documentary about the making of the "symphonic" version of West Side Story in 1984, conducted by Leonard Bernstein and featuring Jose Carreras and Kiri Te Kanawa (Who recently won a law suit in Australia over not performing with a singer whom she learned was famous for having female audience members throw panties on the stage during his performances! ^^)

Having the production filmed obviously didn't inhibit anyone's behavior much, it would seem! Stay around for the end - one of the best versions of Maria I have ever heard - and one reason why I own both the CD and the Making of DVD...
